Some of you reported back to me that you are not able to open the ROOT File System DMG of the iOS 10.3 Beta 2 on Windows using TransMAC or PowerISO, so I decided to inspect what's Windows' issue with the new Apple Format introduced in iOS 10.3 Beta.
In the video I will show you what you did wrong and the fact that, you can, in fact open iOS 10.3 Beta DMG file on Windows using TransMAC with no problem.

For Mac users, find the.dmg file and double-click it to mount it; for Windows users, find the pangu.exe file, right-click it and choose “Run as Administrator” When the jailbreak screen loads, connect your device and click on the large Jailbreak button.
The error some people were getting is 'No MAC HFS Volume Found'. This is a very common error when instead of using the correct ROOT FS you open one of the two Ramdisks (that are considerably smaller). The ramdisks of iOS 10 are still compressed (not encrypted) that's why you can't open them, but you don't need to deal with them anyways.
Warning! This applies for the moment for 32-Bit. I will carry out some tests on x64 DMG as well to see maybe there is a problem, but most likely there isn't. The HFS error appears on both 32-Bit and 64-Bit if you open the wrong file.

In today's video, as I promised, I will show you how to modify the Read Only DMG files of the iOS 10 on Windows by simply using TransMAC. There is no MAC required at all for doing this and I carried out a couple of tests on the exported files to make sure they don't get corrupted. The result came back positive, the files remain intact.
TransMAC comes in 15-days trial, but this is more than enough for doing whatever you need to.
If you show support to this video, I will create a couple of Windows-only tutorials for iOS 10.1 CFW soon.
Please be patient, the expanding process takes roughly 14-16 minutes because the file is big (2.04 GB) avg.

Seems like Windows users are now back on track 🙂 You probably know that iOS 10 comes decrypted which makes it different than the entire iOS 9.x series that was encrypted with an unique key.
The only problem on Windows was that the files were Read Only (you can't modify them, just view), but now that issue seem to finally be gone 🙂
